This is a free class. Age 18+ 

Get moving in the new year! Join us for Chair Yoga every Wednesday beginning on January 15th from 10 - 11 am.  This low-impact class will be led by certified instructor, Suzi Renaud.  There is a $3 fee for each session.  Just show up, no registration is needed!  Pay at the door. 

Operation Wellness is a community resource and health fair for active military , veterans and caregivers.

In this 3-day beginners class, you will make a very simple wall hanging using your backing fabric. It involves raw edge applique, guilting, and binding.  A kit with everything you need will be provided so all you need to bring is an eagerness to learn!  Registration is $20 (The wall hanging is 15" x 13").

*Experience needed:  Recent experience using a sewing machine.
