Get moving in the new year! Join us for Chair Yoga every Wednesday beginning on January 15th from 10 - 11 am.  This low-impact class will be led by certified instructor, Suzi Renaud.  There is a $3 fee for each session.  Just show up, no registration is needed!  Pay at the door.

Adults and children will hear stories, sing songs, make crafts, play games, and enjoy a healthy snack during every playdate.
